Beginner Pilates Macroom

A strong beginning. Our Beginner Pilates class in Carrigadrohid is designed to help you build strength, improve posture, and move with confidence. 

Whether you’re new to Pilates or returning after a break, this class offers a supportive introduction to the foundations.

What to expect

We focus on core strength, alignment, and controlled movement. The pace is steady and intentional, giving you space to learn, refine, and deepen your practice. Each session combines mat-based exercises with optional layers, so you can progress at your own rhythm.

  • 50 minutes of guided Pilates foundations
