For a life of GLUNDR

GLUNDR is a play on the Irish word ‘gliondar’ meaning joy.

At our movement studio, we believe that movement shouldn’t feel like another chore to tick off the list. You can get fit – really fit – and flexible and strong and mindful through joy.

Meet the Team

Rosie Murphy

Rosie is founder of GLUNDR and has taught various movement modalities for seven years now, including pilates, strength and yoga. She loves creating sessions that awaken a sense of power and resilience.
Rosie's also extraordinarily clumsy, a living testament to how fitness can be enjoyed despite a lack of coordination.

Connie-Jane Lovell

Connie is our resident yoga teacher at the dome.
Her natural warmth is something students always take note of when entering the doors of the dome.
Her steady, rhythmic style of yoga as well as intuitive movement, makes each class a journey of unfolding  your whole being.

Bethan Lucas

Bethan trained in dance most of her life before she began to teach ballet, and then barre.

She's always had a love for how people move, and feeling the deep changes in own body after becoming a Mum brought a new curiosity to how we experience life in, and with, our bodies. For Bethan, it's about deepening that relationship and facilitating a greater freedom in movement.

Aideen Ahern

Aideen is a mother, primary teacher and kids yoga teacher. Yoga, pilates & strength training are an integral part in her life. She loves to bring energy and fun to classes with a focus on relaxation and calm at the end.

Aideen could teach everything and anything to kids, but ask her to teach a group of adults and she'd have to use every calming breathing technique in the book!

Iarla Ó Drisceoil

Iarla hosts GLUNDRBREATH at the Dome. His voice is effortlessly calming, and combined with his deep fascination and knowledge of breathwork, he guides sessions that create genuine shifts in both body and mind.

Naoise Galvin

Naoise creates nourishing and playful spaces for rest, ritual and reconnection. Her sessions invite people to slow down, soften, and remember the joy of being.

When she’s not holding Somatic Movement Immersions or guiding Sound Journeys you might find her talking to plants like they’re old friends...
